Hours: 2pm-7pm (CAN BE FLEXIBLE)

What You'll Do
As a Receptionist/Clerk, you'll be the friendly face that greets our residents, families, and visitors, making them feel right at home. You'll be a key player in enhancing the resident experience and keeping our daily operations running smoothly! Here's what a typical day might include:

• Welcome and orient new residents to the facility and services.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns to improve their overall experience.
• Act as a liaison between residents and departments, ensuring smooth communication.
• Collect feedback and report to the Quality Assurance team for continuous improvement.
• Assist with discharge planning, scheduling consults, and managing administrative tasks.
• Manage phone calls, direct inquiries, and assist with clerical tasks for staff.
• Maintain the resident directory, update office equipment, and handle emergency alerts.
• Support business office functions, including petty cash, AR/collections, and more.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong communication skills to engage with residents, staff, and external partners
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently
• Reliable transportation to ensure you're always on time
