SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for filling in for absenteeism. Must be able to assist Supervisor and Trainer in daily operations of the Packagingarea as directed.
EDUCATION OR TRAINING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:One (1) years' experience in a fresh pork processing facility. High School Diploma or equivalent or combination of experience and education.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position and perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be familiar with and have the ability to learn all jobs in the Packaging (Pack-Off/Bagging)area. Must meet the company standards for attendance, safety and personal conduct.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
REMARKS:
Hourly. Hours are established by departmental needs and at the discretion of management. Only Regular Full-Time employees who have successfully completed the probation period shall have the right to bid jobs under the provisions of Article 10 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
