Join Our Team as an Administrative Project Manager!

We are looking for an organized and experienced Administrative Project Manager to play a key role within one of our communities leading companies. In this dynamic position, youll oversee various office departments while also supporting their facility operations. Were seeking someone who is passionate about teamwork, has a strong management background, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Semiannual reporting and annual inspections
• Permit renewals and chemical storage management
• Overseeing Human Resources functions, including:
  • Supporting employee morale and engagement
  • Assisting with employee discipline procedures
  • Ordering medical supplies as needed
  • Payroll oversight and policy updates
  • Coordinating employee appreciation efforts, such as holiday gifts and summer heat relief (coolers, popsicles, etc.)
  • Working closely with our HR Manager and Assistant
• Being the main contact for facility inspections (safety, insurance, OSHA, etc.)
