Customer Service Associate II - Branch or Department: Customer Experience Salary/ Wage: $17.55 Reports to: Branch Manager. FLSA Status: Overtime Non-Exempt. Supervises: N/ A - Benefits Classification: Part-Time. Work Location: Branch. Job Grade: 2 Hours per Week: 15 Work Schedule: Must be available for shifts all the hours we operate. Works a half day every other Saturday. Must be available Thursday evenings as needed. Occasionally floats to DE and CP Branches to cover shifts.
