Pre-Sales Engagement Director - Enterprise AI Solutions

What You'll Do:

• Lead strategic customer conversations and discovery sessions with senior stakeholders across Fortune 500 manufacturers.
• Own the technical sales cycle from qualification through solution design, working closely with sales to drive $1M+ enterprise deals.
• Develop compelling business cases and ROI models that demonstrate measurable value to prospective customers.
• Guide customers through their AI transformation journey while building lasting relationships.
• Provide mentorship and direction to growing pre-sales team members.

Required Background:

• 5-7 years of experience in enterprise software/SaaS pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Track record of closing complex enterprise deals ($200K+ ARR).
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
• Experience building financial models and business cases.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Outstanding communication and executive presence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, quality systems, or industrial software.
• Background in data analytics, artificial intelligence, or related technical fields.
• MBA or advanced technical degree.
• Enterprise SaaS implementation experience.
