Regulatory Investigations Attorney (In-House, Fully Remote) Latitude is seeking an attorney with regulatory investigations experience for a long-term (6-18 months) and fully remote contract engagement with a global publicly-traded technology company. Applicants must have 5+ years of experience in internal/corporate investigations or government investigations focused on compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anticorruption/antibribery statutes. Prior experience working at an AmLaw 200 firm or in-house with a large company is preferred.Minimum Qualifications of the Regulatory Investigations Attorney (In-House, Fully Remote): 5+ years of experience in internal/corporate investigations or government investigationsExperience leading internal investigations focused on compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anticorruption/antibribery statutesExperience from drafting investigation plans through drafting a report of investigationExperience conducting investigation interviews and email/document review and sharing investigation outcomes with corporate stakeholdersPrior experience working at an AmLaw 200 law firm or in-house with a large company is preferredExcellent academic credentialsLicensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residenceA self-starter who needs little direction to drive initiatives forwardPosition Details of the Regulatory Investigations Attorney (In-House, Fully Remote): Type of role: Contract EngagementSchedule: Full-time (40 hours per week)Location: Fully RemoteCompensation:Pay: The annualized pay for this contract position ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 or more when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract roles is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate's preference (each candidate's pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate's competitiveness for the position).Benefits: In addition to pay, all Latitude contract professionals receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage. Latitude contract professionals are usually W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week. Benefits-eligible Latitude contract professionals receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D. A qualified 401k plan is also available.
