Manage and optimize the company's budget, including financial planning, expense tracking, and cost control measures.
Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clientele.
Develop sales protocols, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition techniques specific to window remodeling services.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, conducting regular reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a skilled team of window installation professionals, sales representatives, and administrative staff.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide mentorship, and create professional development opportunities for employees.
Establish clear communication channels, performance expectations, and company culture guidelines.
Manage employee scheduling, payroll, and benefits administration.
Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the entire remodeling process, from initial consultation to final installation.
Develop and maintain customer service standards and complaint resolution protocols.
Personally handle complex customer issues or high-value client interactions.
Ensure all installation work meets or exceeds industry.
Maintain necessary business licenses, insurance, and professional certifications.
Implement and enforce strict quality control measures for all remodeling projects.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, installation techniques, and industry regulations.
Utilize technology for project management, scheduling, and customer communication.
Participate in developing and maintaining the company's digital presence, including website and social media platforms.
8+ years of relevant building material operations leadership required. Direct experience with windows, doors, roofing, and siding preferred.
5+ years relevant business financial management experience with a complete understanding of all financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow).
Systems experience: Extremely strong Excel skills; Financial/Accounting software experience (Ideally Quickbooks), and proficiency with other MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint & Access).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with various levels within the organization including senior leadership.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
