Home Instead is seeking dedicated caregivers!

If you are passionate about providing exceptional care for aging adults, we want to talk to you!

• Prior caregiving experience is preferred, whether professionally or as a family caregiver.
• Flexible to work shifts up to 10 hours, with possibilities such as 6am-2pm, 8am-5pm, 5pm-10pm, or overnight shifts.
• Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and a reliable vehicle for client transportation.
• Ability to pass a Comprehensive Criminal and Motor Vehicle Background Check.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 25lbs.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and empathy when working with clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative spirit to work effectively within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• We are currently seeking non-smoking applicants.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks, including bathing and grooming.
• Providing support with toileting and incontinence care.
• Offering companionship and engaging in conversation.
• Performing light housekeeping duties such as dusting and laundry.
• Planning and preparing nutritious meals.
• Reminding clients about medication schedules.
• Transporting clients to appointments and helping with shopping and errands.
