This position works with caregivers to perform analytical, technical, and administrative work in End User Computing. Responsible for support and resolution intermediate trouble issues with technical documentation. This position works under the supervision of the Director and/or Manager and under the direction of an IT Help Desk Analyst and is employed by Mosaic Health System. Duties Assist our Help Desk Analysts to efficiently troubleshoot, diagnose, repair & maintain IT equipment throughout the organization. Assist our Help Desk Analysts to install and repair small and major devices and equipment within hospital facility and area clinics. Assist our Help Desk Analysts with small to large scale projects some of which consisting of: Lifecycle management, departmental moves, and Endpoint deployments. Troubleshoot, repair, configure and build endpoint under supervision of a Help Desk Analyst.
