We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Village East Tower Apts in St. Joseph, MO. As part of our maintenance team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the operational excellence and curb appeal of the apartment community, delivering superior service to our residents, and supporting the maintenance team in all aspects of Property Management Maintenance to include upkeep, repairs, and turnovers. This is a part-time position. Pay range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Key Responsibilities: Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
