Job Title: Dog Care Specialist Location: St. Joseph MO Duration: 12 Month+ Job Type- Part time contratPay Rate: $12.64 /Hour SCHEDULE: 20 hours/week. Shifts are 4-5 days a week, either 4 or 5 hours/day depending on the chosen scheduled. Hours are typically in the morning between 6:30 AM - noon. Days can vary.JOB SUMMARY:This position is responsible for walking and socializing dogs under general supervision.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:•Knowledge of and compliance with the Animal Welfare Act and all procedures and protocols.JOB QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Knowledge):•High School Diploma (or GED)•Prefer experience with dogs•Ability to work well independently in a team and across groups•Good interpersonal, communication, organization,•Available to work weekends
