Rolling Hills Auto Plaza (Honda Toyota) is now hiring Sales Representatives where top performers can earn up to $100,000 annually.

Previous automotive sales experience is NOT required to apply!

Job Requirements for Sales Representatives:
- Strong customer service skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- Comfortable with cold calling or networking
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and background check

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Greet customers upon arrival and conduct a needs assessment
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a satisfactory retail experience
• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and text messaging
• Attend product and sales training courses
• Maintain owner follow-up and prospect development system
• Present quotes, upsell when necessary, and present estimates to customers for approval
