OF JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The successful candidate must train hourly employees in Shipping jobs and the reasonable expectation of Shipping jobs. Must have the ability to acquire the skills needed to perform supervisory role in his/her absence. Will be expected to communicate effectively with hourly production employees and all levels of management. EDUCATION OR TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (LENGTH & TYPE): Three (3) years experience in a fresh pork processing facility working in the Shipping area preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Must have a valid Driver License. SKILLS REQUIRED:Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents in the English language. Bilingual English/ Spanish preferred. Use of basic math and the ability to use relevant mathematical formulas. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw a valid conclusion.
