The Pac Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day Ameri-Pac production. As a key member of the production team and a working supervisor, this individual will be responsible for all Pac operations, feed quality, and the safety of staff members. Key Skills and Abilities:3-5 years of related experience. A professional individual with strong leadership and organization skills. A team player who excels at building relationships and encourages staff growth and development. A creative individual with experience in all aspects of a plant operation with an eye for efficient production methods and an understanding of best practices. Prioritizing multiple tasks for the best production efficiencies. Motivating and creating a unified team. Ability to efficiently manage production costs and align these costs to volume-produced.
