The Food Safety Quality Assurance General Manager is responsible for the daily management of all activities of the FSQA department to include food safety programs specification adherence and product quality for products within their assigned facility. In addition, the FSQA Manager will oversee all special projects as assigned, departmental budgets, turnover and safety. RESPONSIBILITIES: Production Oversight: Manage daily production practices, including the reception of raw materials. Ensure pre-operational and operational sanitation standards are met. Quality Assurance: Oversee finished product quality and Food Safety Systems. Implement and enforce Tyson FSQA policies and procedures. Monitor verification and documentation for compliance with government regulations. Program Development: Develop, implement, and maintain HACCP, HARPC, SOP, GMP, and SSOP programs.
