Description

Hybrid position, working some days from home.

HR Generalist - Recruiter

Internal and external recruitment and onboarding of candidates. Works with hiring managers to onboard new hires. Supports HR team in generalist functions. Reports directly to Executive Director of Human Resources.

Must have direct recruitment and/or HR experience, strong work ethic, and professionalism.

Qualifications

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-year Associate Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related filed preferred
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, healthcare setting preferred.
