Job Details

Manages day-to-day operations for the home visiting program, recruits families and builds relationships with community partners, and provides ongoing evaluation of program service and procedures. Ensures adequate staffing through interviewing, hiring and onboarding/training new employees. Provides effective coaching, feedback and performance evaluations. Monitors staff service hours and ensures team members are compliant with trainings and other required documentation. Maintains and monitors program documentation and ensures compliance with organization, funder and accreditation requirements. Develops and maintains productive working relationships with Childrens Division staff and other referral partners. Attends professional development activities and conducts team meetings. Performs home visits as needed.
