Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in St. Joseph, MO, for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant will provide executive-level administrative support, manage administrative reports, and offer executive-level assistance. Additional responsibilities include diary management, coordinating meetings, and general administrative assistance.

Qualifications Preferred:

• Executive Administrative Assistance and General Administrative Assistance skills
• Experience in Executive Support
• Proficiency in managing Admin Reports and Diary Management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
