The student employees main duties lie in the management and execution of the policies and procedures of the Esports Arena set forth and regulated by Missouri Western State University (MWSU). Essential Duties Validating MWSU IDs and memberships upon arrival through the Fusion software program. Administering and checking required facility paperwork. Enforcing policies and procedures to patrons specific to assigned location. Maintaining the cleanliness of the equipment and facilities. Tracking equipment inventory through Fusion. All other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications MWSU Student Degree Seeking At least an overall 2.0 GPA Enrolled at least part-time (6 hours) May need to qualify for Federal Work Study eligibility Preferred Qualifications Esports, Recreation, or Sports Management majors; or a strong background in computer science, video games, or management. certification in CPR/ AED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities General and basic knowledge of sports.
