Job Details

The student employees are responsible for the direct supervision of intramural sports participants and spectators. They will assist in the enforcement of policy and sport rules; on-site decision making; and conflict resolution. The student staff is responsible to ensure the safety of all players and spectators based on game flow, facilities, and equipment. Essential Duties Validate MWSU IDs and rosters upon arrival through the Banner system and IM - Leagues. Educate participants and enforce intramural sports rules and regulations. Prepare all necessary paperwork and equipment for efficient, safe, and service oriented competitions. Maintain proper paper documentation (eligibility, sportsmanship, results, end of night report). Assist in maintaining intramural sports equipment and inventory. Resolve participant conflicts and disputes. Other duties as assigned.
