The part-time groundskeeper performs maintenance and upkeep of university grounds, landscaping, parking lots, streets, and athletic fields. Essential Job Duties Job duties include: Assists with the maintenance of university grounds, parking lots, streets, and athletic fields by mowing, landscaping, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, and patching with the aid of grounds maintenance equipment; including tractors, backhoes, skid loaders, dump trucks, and snow removal equipment; and picks up trash on grounds and streets and empties exterior campus waste receptacles. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; and grounds keeping experience. Experience driving large equipment. Valid Drivers License.
