This position provides exceptional customer service support for clients/customers of contracted businesses. The HMA provides assistance for fulfilling contracted services at businesses (outside and ACO 1) and works closely with Wellness Team members and Mosaic Business Solutions Account Executives. The HMA keeps detailed and accurate reports and records, records information in appropriate spreadsheets to track outside business activities, assists in the invoicing process and record keeping for any implanted wellness programs. The HMA assists in the customer survey process and summary of results using survey monkey. The HMA welcomes and provides exceptional customer service at the front desk in the wellness office and answers the phone to provide customer/client needs. The HMA is an active member of the Wellness Team and readily suggests and implements process improvement.
