Job Details

This position performs cleaning of all areas and furniture within the surgical suite, perioperative and related areas. Assists the schedule coordinator with transportation of patients, pick-up and delivery. Assists with stocking of supplies. Demonstrates knowledge and skill in the application of and caring for orthopedic equipment. This position works under the supervision of the Director and is employed by Mosaic Life Care. Duties Handles, transports, and cares for patients in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort. Observes patients carefully for any changes in appearance, behavior, and/or verbal complaints and reports them immediately to nurse. Anticipates and assists with the emotional needs of the patient. Performs duties and errands for department, adhering to specific instructions from nurse and/or members of surgery management team.
