Job Summary

Student will assist the Grounds crew as assigned.

Essential Duties

Duties will include:

• Mowing
• Weed eating
• Landscaping
• Picking Up trash
• Helping with event set ups
• Snow removal
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• MWSU Student
• Degree Seeking
• Maintain at least a minimum overall GPA of 2.0 or higher
• Enrolled at least part-time
• Must be eligible for Federal Work Study

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior lawn care experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of lawn care and mowing equipment
• Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather conditions

Physical Demands
Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.

Additional Demands

Academic year - August 1 - May 31st
Possible Summer hours - June 1 to July 31
