Home Instead is looking for dedicated and compassionate caregivers. We are seeking individuals with availability on weekends to provide consistent and high-quality care for the aging adults in our community.

If you meet the following qualifications, we want to hear from you!

• Previous experience in caregiving, either through professional work or as a family caregiver.
• Ability to work shifts up to 8 hours, including options like 6am-2pm, 8am-5pm, 5pm-10pm, or overnight in Maryville, MO and surrounding areas.
• Possess a valid U.S. Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and a Reliable Personal Vehicle for client transportation.
• Willingness to undergo a Criminal and Motor Vehicle Background Check.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull for up to 10 hours.
• Capacity to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.
• Exhibit compassion, patience, and empathy toward clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative spirit to work as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• We are currently looking for Non-Smoking Applicants.

As a Care Professional, you may perform tasks such as:

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing and grooming.
• Providing support with toileting and incontinence care.
• Offering companionship and engaging in conversation.
• Helping with light housekeeping tasks like dusting and laundry.
• Planning and preparing nutritious meals.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Transporting clients to appointments and assisting with shopping or errands.
