What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement business technology solutions with a focus on cloud-based applications
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams
- Conduct design/code reviews during project milestones

- Act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce and other custom solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5 years of experience with Salesforce development
- 8 years of project experience in a technical leadership position
- Multiple Salesforce certifications preferred
- Ability to work in the U.S. from a home office and travel up to 50-70%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce Integration Patterns
- Multiple Salesforce project deployments
- Knowledge of Salesforce Best Practices using Apex and Visualforce
