You'll lead structural analysis, seismic load evaluations, and support designs for equipment, piping, and foundations. If you thrive on solving complex problems, working independently, and making a real impact—this role is built for you.
What You'll Do
Perform static and response spectra structural analysis for seismic and other load combinations.
Design equipment and piping supports, structural frames, and foundations.
Conduct pipe support analysis per ASME Section III or B31.1.
Develop rigging, lifting assemblies, and crane designs.
Apply AISC steel and ACI concrete design codes.
Use GTSTRUDL or ANSYS for component stress analysis.
Review plant impacts and develop retrofit designs for existing structures.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a U.S.-accredited college.
3+ years of experience (5+ preferred) in Nuclear, Industrial, or Power Plant design.
Proficiency in AISC, ACI, ASCE, and seismic analysis.
Experience with MathCAD, GTSTRUDL, or ANSYS.
Strong communication skills for technical documentation and reporting.
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (required for Nuclear/Export Control projects).
Expertise in steel design (preferred) and concrete structures (secondary).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $90.00/hr.
