If you meet the following qualifications, we encourage you to apply:

• Experience in caregiving, whether it's through professional roles or family support.
• Availability for shifts up to 10 hours in Stanberry, MO and nearby areas (example shifts: 6am-2pm, 8am-5pm, 5pm-10pm, or overnight).
• A valid U.S. Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and a Reliable Personal Vehicle for client transportation.
• Ability to successfully pass a Criminal and Motor Vehicle Background Check.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull for extended periods of time.
• Capability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.
• Exhibit compassion, patience, and empathy towards clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Non-smoking applicants are preferred.

As a Care Professional, you may perform tasks such as:

• Assisting with personal care needs, including bathing and grooming.
• Providing toileting and incontinence care as required.
• Offering companionship and engaging conversations.
• Helping with light housekeeping tasks like dusting and laundry.
• Planning and preparing nutritious meals.
• Reminding clients to take their medications.
• Transporting clients to appointments and assisting with shopping or errands.
