*Work with Progression, Inc. get your application bumped to the front of the line* Grants Management Specialist Remote Pay From: $105,000 Per Year MUST: Experienced Grants Management Specialist 6 Years of Experience in Grants Management Strong knowledge of federal grant regulations Skilled in grant budgeting, application development, and account reconciliation Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and multiple funding streams CPA Candidate Preferred DUTIES: Manage the full grant lifecycle—from application and budgeting to closeout Monitor expenditures for compliance with 2 CFR 200 and agency-specific guidelines Reconcile accounts to ensure costs are allowable, allocable, and reasonable Collaborate with program teams on grant applications, budgets, and documentation Conduct risk assessments and identify compliance issues with recommended solutions Maintain accurate records in grant management systems Coordinate with finance, program, and compliance teams for seamless operations Provide responsive, service-oriented support to internal and external stakeholders Foster innovation, share knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative team culture Stay informed on evolving grant regulations and funding opportunities *Progression Inc. is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
