Intermediate Plant Maintenance. Pay: $31.15 per hour plus Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour. Shift & Working Hours: 3rd Shift; 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM Monday-Friday; Weekends/ Overtime/ Holidays as needed. In this role, youll be a key member of our Land OLakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing maintenance of the facility and production equipment to ensure our plants can add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. Youll be responsible for the installation, ongoing maintenance, and necessary repairs for the facility and the production equipment.
