Responsibilities

• Lead and manage M&A projects, including carve-outs and integrations, ensuring timely execution across multi-disciplinary teams
• Collaborate with clients teams directly or within a FullStack product team to deliver projects
• Oversee budget management, analyzing financial implications and balancing costs against separation investments
• Ensure compliance with antitrust, data privacy, and industry-specific requirements during transitions
• Manage third-party vendors and consultants, ensuring accountability for quality and timelines

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional Project Management experience
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree
• Extensive hands-on experience managing large-scale corporate transformations
• Strong understanding of M&A deal structures, including purchase agreements and Transition Services Agreements (TSAs)
• Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams
• Familiarity with enterprise IT systems, including ERP, HRIS, and CRM
• Strong ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams across various functions such as IT, Finance, and Operations
• Forensic attention to detail and a positive mindset
• Meaningful experience with large, complex systems
