Starting pay is $30.46 per hour plus $1.30 shift differential

Schedule is 5 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 5 days off

12 hour shifts, rotating Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Overtime available

What You'll Do:

• Utilize your mechanical knowledge in maintaining a high-speed industrial can manufacturing line
• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all industrial mechanical systems
• Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .0010
• Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity

We Need You To Have:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• A can do, will do attitude.
• A desire to operate and maintain Silgan's can lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements.
