The SJCOS Sr Director - Business Development is responsible for driving surgical case growth for SJCOS. This includes building a strong pipeline of new cases with a primary focus on Workers Compensation, expanding additional service lines, and increasing same-store utilization with existing physicians in alignment with the facilitys budget.
This role develops and executes a local market strategy by cultivating relationships with physicians, referral sources, payers, and key stakeholders. The Facility Business Development Manager manages the entire growth process from lead generation and relationship building through onboarding and operational hand-off, ensuring smooth integration into the facilitys daily operations.
