What Youll Do:

• Drafting & Design Excellence: Use CAD software like SolidWorks and AutoCAD to create precise, high-quality designs that will be the blueprint for our fabrication and manufacturing processes.
• CNC Programming & Optimization: Write and refine CNC programs (including G-code) to ensure the machinery operates efficiently and accurately for production.
• Collaboration with Experts: Work alongside engineers, machinists, and production teams to bring designs to life, ensuring all project specs and timelines are met with precision.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Translate complex blueprints and technical drawings into actionable instructions for machine setup, ensuring quality in every step of the process.
• Ensure Precision: Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to verify and maintain accuracy within tight tolerances.
• Mathematical Expertise: Apply geometry, trigonometry, and basic math to solve design and manufacturing challenges, ensuring every measurement is spot on.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: At least 2 years in drafting, CNC programming, or in a related machining environment.
• CAD Skills: Expertise in SolidWorks or AutoCAD to create detailed designs and 3D models.
• CNC Knowledge: Familiarity with CNC operations and G-code programming.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Ability to read, create, and modify technical drawings and blueprints.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and accuracy in design, programming, and production.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of fabrication processes and the importance of tight tolerances in manufacturing.
