Overview

Relational Psychotherapist in Massachusetts (Remote) Intersect Clinical Services is hiring culturally responsive licensed clinicians to join our fully remote practice. We specialize in helping adult high achieving students and working professionals cope with high-pressure environments and address complex trauma, relationship issues, identity-based stress, ADHD, Autism, and racial/cultural concerns. Our integrative model includes trauma-responsive, relational psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and attachment-based approaches. Clinicians trained in other treatment modalities are welcome to apply.

Position: Relational Psychotherapist (Massachusetts, Remote)

Location: Massachusetts (Remote)

Compensation: $60.00

Responsibilities

• Complete at least 20 sessions weekly (scheduling 24-25 per week).
• Provide effective evidence-based treatment tailored to the unique needs of each client or couple.
• Maintain up-to-date assessments, notes, and treatment plans as directed by clinical standards.
• Actively participate in a weekly case consultation/admin meeting with the Intersect team.
• Maintain professional and ethical behavior as well as competency in risk management.
• Maintain active licensure in Massachusetts and all relevant CE requirements.

Note: Supervision for licensure hours is available.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Demonstrated cultural competence and cultural humility.
• Experience working with clients across diverse identities.
• Licensed clinician in good standing in Massachusetts or eligible for licensure.
• Experience or interest in BIPOC, LGBTQ+ identities, neurodivergence, and racial/cultural issues is strongly encouraged.
