We are seeking an Account Manager to build lasting, trusting relationships with clients by identifying their needs and delivering compelling presentations on our services. You will negotiate and close deals while creating strategic Account Plans and regularly reporting on revenue and headcount growth. You will conduct market research to identify upselling opportunities, explore new business avenues through client referrals and networking, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management and deal closure.

Responsibilities
  • Identify prospects and potential business opportunities through in-depth market research.
  • Use proprietary sales tools to contact and convert leads into clients.
  • Reach out to potential clients via email to establish rapport and schedule meetings.
  • Engage by phone to hold high-quality conversations and generate qualified prospects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement prospect strategies and plans.
  • Coordinate with Sales Management and Marketing to ensure quality and quantity of presentations.
  • Provide solutions to boost revenue growth and profitability.
  • Present, promote, and sell services with solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management/client partner/engagement manager roles or equivalent in the IT/Tech industry.
  • Experience in customer relationship management with closing deals and developing long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.

Nice to have
  • Previous experience as a Software Engineer (CS, Software Engineering, or IT-related degree) is a plus.
  • A network of potential clients in the IT industry or other verticals.
