About the project

The main project is replacing older manufacturing equipment with new manufacturing equipment to meet operational standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of projects to replace manufacturing equipment.
• Foster teamwork and drive change while communicating vision and clarity across teams.
• Support operations at our client's location, facilitating planning meetings and stakeholder communication.
• Utilize core project management skills, including schedule and resource management, issue and risk management, and meeting facilitation.
• Ensure effective collaboration across internal and external project team members.
• Develop and communicate project plans using industry-standard practices and tools.

Skills Required

• 8+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager with strong Waterfall project management skills.
• Understanding of engineering work, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
• Excellent communication skills, especially with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional, geographically distributed project teams.
• PMP or similar certifications preferred; Agile experience is a plus, but Waterfall is required.
