Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $66.00/hr

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead projects focused on replacing older manufacturing equipment with new equipment to meet operational standards. This role will manage cross-functional teams, support engineering squad operations, and ensure delivery of high-impact projects using best-in-class project management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Support squad operations including facilitating planning meetings, maintaining project records, and communicating with stakeholders.
• Apply expertise in schedule management, resource management, issue and risk management, and meeting facilitation.
• Drive effective collaboration across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Develop and communicate project plans, ensuring timely deliveries and process optimization.
• Provide clear and proactive status reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Apply a structured, detail-oriented approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in a manufacturing, engineering, or technical environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional, geographically distributed project teams.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
• Strong executive-level communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with partners across engineering, supply chain, finance, safety, facilities, maintenance, and quality.
• Bachelor's degree in Technical/Project Management or Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

• PMP certification
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with engineering squad structures and operational support.
