The Assistant Director of Extension Programs supports the Director in managing and leading Benedictine Colleges extension programs and centers. This role involves overseeing program operations, budget management, event coordination, fundraising, and staff supervision, while ensuring high-quality delivery of programs, events, and outreach initiatives. The Assistant Director exercises independent judgment and decision-making on matters of significance and serves as a key leader in program development and implementation.
