As a Cleaning and Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and pristine environment throughout the store. Your responsibilities include executing daily cleaning tasks efficiently and supporting operational processes to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean all areas of the store, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles, following Kohl's best practices and standards.
• Utilize only approved cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory levels of cleaning chemicals and supplies by ordering replacements, ensuring proper rotation and storage.
• Complete mandatory training for chemical handling, equipment usage, and maintenance.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance in accordance with company guidelines.
• Leverage Kohl's tools and technology to enhance communication and coordination with the store team.
• Assist the operations team with product receipt, processing, stockroom activities, and omni-channel fulfillment as needed.
• Engage with customers by greeting them and providing assistance with products and services.

Required Skills:

• Previous retail experience is not necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in client-facing retail or service industries.

Compensation: Starting pay is $14.10.
