The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions in alignment with the agencys mission to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a sheltered workshop, day program and competitive employment training program. This role ensures full compliance with the state and federal labor laws, as well as Department of Mental Health (DMH) standards and audits. The HR Manager will lead recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance management, and policy development with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and ethical HR practices.
