Primary Duties
- Leadership & Team Building: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of 6‑12 staff members.
- Exceptional Guest Services: Maintain high cleanliness standards and address guest concerns.
- Operational Excellence: Follow brand guidelines, manage budgets, control labor, occupancy, and P&L.
- Sales & Marketing: Promote the property locally and lead in‑house guest sales initiatives.
- Teamwork: Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and shift coverage.
- Emergency Procedures: Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid driver's license.
- 1+ years as a Hotel General Manager.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication skills (oral & written).
- Proactive problem‑solving.
- Leadership and team development skills.
Physical Requirements
- Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for long periods.
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs regularly, and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
