As a Process Engineer, youll be responsible for equipment re-design while implementing, controlling, and optimizing manufacturing processes and machinery. Youll work hand in hand with Production and Engineering to improve standards that enable high performing production processes in our St. Joseph facility. Bring your expertise and past experiences to help us define equipment standards, lead process benchmarking and reapplication, and enhance team capabilities in technical troubleshooting and process improvement. Analyze loss data to identify and prioritize continuous improvement projects. Lead v-curve analysis and balanced line flow studies to identify debottlenecking projects. Initiate, lead, and modify process/equipment improvements to increase throughput, reduce scrap, improve quality, and eliminate losses. Drive and mobilize resources to conduct problem solving on systems or equipment through failure modes & effects analysis (FMEA) and other Six Sigma methodology.
