This position is responsible for protecting company assets and providing a safe environment for employees and guests.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

  1. Safeguard the company's assets.
  2. Enforce company security regulations and security department policies and procedures as directed by the Safety and Security Manager, Shift Supervisor or Lead Officer.
  3. Perform all security-related duties for the casino
  4. Escorting all transfers of money and/or chips
  5. Patrols all sections of the casino to identify safety hazards and breaks in security.
  6. Conduct investigations on reported incidents as directed
  7. Investigate employee fraud against the company and customers as directed
  8. Investigate accident reports as directed
  9. Any reasonable request made by Management
  10. Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
  11. Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debri,s and litter
  12. Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner.
  13. Maintain proper department uniform, appearance, and grooming standards.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in public relations and/or hospitality security is desirable.
  • Must have Security Experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Gaming License.

Skills And Abilities:

  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
  • Must be physically able to stand and walk for extended periods regardless of weather conditions.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
