Job Title: Business Continuity Project Lead

Location: 6 months to Hire

Location: Remote in MO

Shift: Training – 1 on 1 training – about a month (Mon – Fri 8-4 or 9-5 CST flexible). Every other Friday off (this week the schedule will be 8am-5pm)

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Lead refinement of business services inventory, map services and dependencies into Fusion (System of Record), facilitate interaction workflows between BC, DR, Incident/Crisis, and Third-Party Resilience.
• Coordinate recovery strategy planning and resilience integration activities.
• Partner with service and business owners including senior leaders.
• Track program delivery milestones, ensure accuracy and audit-readiness of resilience data, and support Fusion product roadmap.

Performance metrics include:

• Accuracy/completeness of business service dataset
• On-time milestone delivery
• Stakeholder satisfaction and engagement
• Reduced gaps from BIA risk prioritization

Uniqueness:

• Bipolar focus — tactical delivery + strategic resiliency design
• Front-line interaction with C-Suite service owners
• Strong influence on CLIENT emerging resilience operating model
• Meeting with team members and stakeholders to confirm inventory of business services and mapping business services. Ensuring data.

Education Required:

• Bachelors or equivalence of 5+ years in BC/DR

Education Preferred:

• 8+ years in Operational Resilience / Risk

License Required:

• CBCP or equivalent resilience certification
• Certified Business Continuity Professional

License Preferred:

• MBCP, ISO 22301 Lead, PMP or similar

Years of experience required:

• 5-8+ years business continuity, disaster recovery, operational resilience, risk management, third party risk management

Top 3 must have hard skills:

• Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery leadership
• Fusion or equivalent resilience system experience
• Strong project/program management (workflows + data accuracy)
