Our client, a forward-thinking healthcare technology company, is seeking Remote Patient Care Representative to join their team. As a Patient Care Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting inbound patient inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization

Job Title: Patient Care Representative – Call Center
Pay Range: $18/hr
Potential Schedules
Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Work schedules may vary within the hours of operation.
Schedules are likely to include an evening shift and/or Saturday shift.
What's the Job?
Provide exceptional service to patients regarding prescriptions, refills, billing, and delivery inquiries
Handle inbound calls and emails efficiently and professionally
Resolve pharmacy-related issues promptly and accurately
Document and enter data into systems with attention to detail
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED (required)
1-2 yrs Call Center experience required
Healthcare or pharmacy background preferred
Strong communication & computer skill
Remote Work Requirements:
Dedicated workspace free from distractions.
