Flex MROPay: $20.00-$22.00 per hourShift & Working Hours: 1st Shift Hours flexible between the hours of 6am - 4pm Monday - Friday up to 29 hours per weekThis role is part of our Flex Manufacturing Program. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, where you can choose your schedule. Typical hours worked per week will usually be between 16-29 hours, but this may vary based on location.In this role, you'll be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You'll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse. You'll operate daily on a forklift and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed. Join our team to become part of a member-owned co-op that is Rooted In Tomorrow.OmniumThis role is part of our Omnium business who is a loyal partner in the manufacturing of crop protection, adjuvant, and plant nutrition products.Key Responsibilities:* Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others* Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly* Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink-wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery* Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment* Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed* Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area* Successful forklift certification requiredRequired Experience and Skills:* Must be 18 years or older* 6+ months of industrial experience* Basic computer and math skills* Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions* Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot* Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful* Forklift experience required* Inventory management experience required* Will conduct cycle counts, receiving, stocking and assist with all associated paperwork (SMRs)* Housekeeping and 5S of MRO area throughout work week to ensure a neat and orderly appearance* Assist with issuing, tracking of issued items and reporting of items that were issued.Preferred Experience:* 1+ year of warehousing work experience* Forklift experience* Basic Computer SkillsPhysical Requirements:* Able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds* Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements* Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment* Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present* Required to work scheduled shift which may include weekends, some holidays, and periodic overtimeAbout Land O'Lakes, Inc.Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
