Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product. Team assemblers can perform all tasks conducted by the team in the assembly process and rotate through all or most of them rather than being assigned to a specific task on a permanent basis. Shift: Night Pay Rate: $19.25/hr Essential Duties and Responsibilities Fabricate, assemble, and package manufactured products by hand. Perform manual or light mechanical assembly-related functions. Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process. Perform all types of assembly and operate all required assembly equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Practice personal safety and follow all safety practices and procedures. Comply with all policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to management. Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
