We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated MaintenanceAssistant to support our Maintenance Director in ensuring the safety,appearance, and overall maintenance of our facility. Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Flexiblescheduling available with the requirement to be on-call every other weekend.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assist with painting and light carpentry tasks
• Support electrical and plumbing maintenance efforts
• Participate in grounds maintenance activities
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and repairs
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
• Knowledge of various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; HVAC certification is a plus
• Preferred maintenance experience, especially in a healthcare facility
• Understanding of safety regulations
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
