You were born to be the boss. Domino's Pizza is hiring assistant managers for a new store opening soon on the North Belt Highway. We need someone who can lead teams, manage store operations, and deliver outstanding customer service. This role offers real experiencein workflow management, cost control, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all shift activities.
• Maintain cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Follow all company policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from crew.
• Staff scheduling, paperwork, and reporting.
• Manage food preparation, storage, and equipment operation.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with quality standards.
• Handle marketing initiatives to increase profitability.
• Handle transportation to/from work and work schedule adherence.

General Job Duties for All Store Team Members

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

Training

Orientation and on‑the‑job training is provided.

Communication Skills

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers, over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions / Skills

• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Process orders verbally, in writing and over the phone.
• Coordinate motor actions for rapid and precise movements.
• Enter orders using computer or touchscreen.
• Navigate maps and deliver within the designated area.
• Carry, lift, push, and steer goods efficiently.

Work Conditions

Exposure To

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+.
• Fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F.
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing

• Talking and hearing on the telephone.
• Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
• Depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Far vision and night vision for driving.

Temperaments

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgements and decisions.

Advancement

Many of our team members begin as delivery drivers and become Domino's franchise owners or managers. Opportunities exist from assistant manager to general manager to franchise ownership or corporate operations.

Physical Requirements

Standing, walking, sitting, lifting up to 50 lb cases, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, squatting, reaching, and driving as part of customer delivery. Requires a valid driver's license, safe driving record, and insured vehicle.
